Tuscon Hills is a Mediterranean style community. There are a number of first class on site facilities such as a 2700 ft Mediterranean style club house. Within the club house you will find a large social lounge, a gym, a games room and wi-fi. Just outside there is a tennis court, a sand volleyball court as well as a children's play area. Disney and the other world famous theme parks such as Universal stuido's, Sea World and MGM are on your door step and can be reached within 12 minutes. A Super Wal Mart and Publix are a couple of minutes away and there are a number of diners, restaurants and bars within the local area.

There is an abundance of golf courses close by such as Ridgewood. Also within the area is a number of outlets and shopping centres so you can shop till you drop.
