Our four bedroom, three bathroom villa in Highgate Park at the Villages of Legacy Park, is situated 15 minutes from
Walt Disney World. Universal Studios, Sea World are just a 30 minute drive away. It is in a quiet location off Highway 27 but
near Kissimmee and Celebration and all the popular shopping malls, attractions and restuarants. The new Posner
Park Mall, Publix and Walmart supermarkets are also nearby.

This beautiful fully air conditioned home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people with its two king-sized en-suite bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, making it ideal for 2 families.

Our villa is a great place to relax after a busy day at the theme parks or after a round of golf on one of the numerous golf
courses (Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 8 miles from the Villa).

Our private screened swimming pool with separate spa is south facing and overlooks a conservation area. For the safety of young children there is a removable child safety
fence. Pool and spa heating can be provided as an optional extra. There is a covered lanai area with plenty poolside
furniture for you to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area has everything you require. A full sized washing machine and drier are also provided in a separate utility area. There is cable TV in all the
rooms, also CD and DVD players in the spacious open plan living area, with a Playstation 2 in one of the twin bedrooms.

Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Darts is also provided for your enjoyment.

An in-room safe, cot, highchair and stroller are also available for your use free of charge.
