We own a lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa situated on the Loma Vista estate In Davenport, Florida. It's just a few minutes drive from Junction 58 of the I4 interstate at Champions Gate and only 15 minutes to the major Disney attractions. From Orlando International Airport it's a half an hour drive and an hour from Sanford Airport. Available for short or medium holiday lets we think it’s a great base to explore all the fantastic attractions Florida has to offer.

The Villa sleeps 8 comfortably with four double bedrooms, the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and shower, with a separate family bathroom adjacent to the three spacious double bedrooms (two doubles and a twin).There is plenty of storage space available with fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms. The lounge is open plan and adjacent to the well equipped kitchen, enabling everyone to be involved in the activities of the day, whether cooking, dining, watching TV or simply relaxing.

Our king-sized pool is one of the Villa's greatest assets, together with a very spacious patio area where you can breakfast, sunbathe or dine in comfort during your stay in the Florida sunshine.

We love the Loma Vista estate, our spacious villa and its plot, the great pool and patio area. It is only minutes away from the interstate and all the attractions, yet in a quiet private location. But then we love pretty much most things about Florida. The sunshine, the friendliness of the American people, the shopping, the dining out, the whole way of life!
