Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool/spa. Games room, free internet access. 15 minuters from Disney and many other major attractions

Built in 2005 on the prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando, Florida, the villa is at one end of the community so not only is it peaceful away from the main road it also enjoys the benefits of having open fields to the rear. Solana Resort is a gated community with a luxury clubhouse and many other facilities and is fast becoming the most-sought-after community in the Disney area.

Our villa is managed locally by a professional management company who ensure that the pool and property are maintained to a very high standard.

The villa is fully air conditioned and is no smoking throughout.

Our spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas an entertainment centre comprising of large screen cable TV, DVD player, and CD stereo player. A PlayStation and selection of games as well as board games and books are provided for your enjoyment.

The living room has ample seating to relax. In the dining room we have table and chairs to seat six people as well as in the breakfast nook we have table and chairs to seat four people.

Fully fitted kitchen including home comforts such as a dishwasher toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc, there is a breakfast bar with bar stools.

Our pool area has been extended and provided for your comfort are four sunloungers and a table with umbrella to seat up to six people. The whole area is screened to keep insects out but lets the sun in. The 26-foot by 12-foot pool has underwater lighting and can be heated at an extra cost ($115 per week) We also have a removable safety barrier across the whole front of the pool and spa for the safety of our younger guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, separate walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit, corner bath, basin, and toilet.
The other master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, walk in wardrobe, and en suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet.

The two remaining bedrooms are both twin rooms with fitted walk in wardrobes. A spacious family bathroom separates both rooms, which has a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Towels and bed linen are supplied.

We have converted the double garage into a games room and fitted it out with a luxury, full-size pool table, table football, and air hockey game and for extra comfort we have installed 2 x wall fans. The garage is also fitted with a washing machine and dryer and for those with enough energy left an ironing board and iron.

For your added security we have fitted a safe in the master bedroom.

There is FIOS (super fast) internet access in the villa via wireless router for use with your own laptop to keep upto date with the outside world. There is an internet rom at the clubhouse if you do not wish to bring your laptop (a charge may occur).
